NEW COVINGTON INVESTMENT APP AND UPDATED CLIENT PORTAL

At Covington, we strive every day to create the best possible experience for our clients and their families.  We prioritize creating customized solutions for each client, tailored to their individual needs, investment goals and risk tolerance.  In doing so, one of our top priorities for our clients is presenting their account(s) data in a timely, efficient and transparent manner.  With that in mind, one of our continuous goals has been to provide clients with the ability to view their account(s) information on the go*.  We’ve accomplished this by informing our clients of the available Charles Schwab app, along with providing our own online client portal, powered by Tamarac, our reporting software.  Although we believe we have fulfilled this goal, over the last year we have explored new ways to improve client account access.  In this respect, as many of you know, we are excited to announce our new client app and updated client portal.

 Both the new app and updated client portal will give clients an improved visual experience of their investment performance, with added reporting options such as: ‘Top Holdings’ and ‘Activity’. The updated portal has enhanced users’ experience with new features such as the ‘Contact Us’ page which provides a directory of our firm, with individual contact information for each employee (see screenshot below).  In addition, the new app and updated portal implements our MoneyGuide Pro software by providing applicable clients with visibility to their ‘MoneyGuide Probability of Success’ within their portal dashboard. Both applications will also make accessing and uploading account documents easier than ever, and with quarterly reports out, it is a great time for clients to download the app and set up their portals, if they have not already.

Our app is available for download in the Apple app store and Google play store.  Covington clients can search ‘Covington Investment’ in either store and the app will populate.  The updated client portal remains available online through our Tamarac platform for those who prefer a desktop view.  Clients can sign in by clicking the client portal button on the top right-hand corner of our website. If any clients need additional help or need to create log in credentials for the first time, please contact our office for assistance.  We have also added client resources for both platforms to our website under our client resources tab (enter link here once created).

We hope each client enjoys the improved reporting features offered to them through these platforms and we continue to welcome any and all client feedback. As a firm, we have created this app with each one of our clients in mind and will continue to improve this client resource as needed.  If clients have any questions, concerns or observations regarding the updated portal and/or our Covington Investment app, at any time, please contact our office.
